1. What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

  • We accept all major credits cards, U.S. postal orders and checks. Merchandise will not be shipped until payment is received and checks have cleared.
  • We do not accept insurance.

2. Are Purchases Made on the Site Subject to Sales Tax?

Sales tax at the then current applicable rate will be added to purchases for delivery within California.

3. When I Make a Purchase on the Site, Is My Financial Information Secure and Confidential?

Yes. Your purchases via the Site are conducted over secure SSL. When you make a purchase or request specific information from us, we retain a copy of your delivery and order information in order to fulfill and track the request or purchase. We do not store your credit card or other specific payment information. If you send us a U.S. postal order or check, we will retain copies of such documentation in our files, but will not share it with third parties unrelated to the transaction itself. When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial, credit card or health information online, we redirect you to a secure server and will notify you through a pop-up screen on our site.

4. Do You Accept Returns?

  • Returns are accepted if the returned item received within thirty days of the initial delivery to the customer.
  • Customers must call us at (888) 524-0888 or email us at travellite@gmail.com for a Return Authorization number. Products returned without an RA number will not be accepted.
  • To receive full credit, items must be shipped within 10 days from the day the RA Number and shipping information were provided by Travel Lite Medical.
  • Returned items must be in new condition and in original packaging and un-used.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless there is an error on our part in fulfilling the order. We will be happy to help you determine which shipping method to use once you have requested your RA number. We highly recommend insuring larger items for their retail value to protect against shipping damage.
  • If an order is cancelled after the item has shipped, the standard return policy applies. You will need to accept delivery of the item, obtain an RA number and ship the item back. If you refuse delivery of your product, the return shipping costs will be deducted from any issued credit. Second-Day and Next-Day shipping costs will not be credited if delivery of the item is refused.
  • Once the returned product is received with an RA number and inspected for damage and/or use, we will issue a credit to the credit card used for the purchase. If you paid by check or money order, we will issue a check within 4 weeks.
  • If any item is defective or was damaged in shipping, email us at travellite@gmail.com. We will arrange the item to be picked up, and you will be credited both the purchase and shipping costs.

5. What Are My Shipping Options, How Much Will It Cost and How Long Will It Take?

  • We ship using Federal Express, UPS, and/or USPS pursuant to the options you select when making your purchase.
  • Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping in the continental United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada are subject to additional shipping charges. Please call for additional shipping information.
  • Please contact us to inquire about orders outside of the United States and Canada.
  • We will not charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship. Most products arrive within three to seven business days after payment is approved.
  • In the event that your order cannot go out in the above mentioned time. You will be contacted promptly with the reason for the delay. You can either cancel the order or wait for shipment.
  • In the event that we cannot reach you to make a delivery we will reattempt to deliver for up to one week at which time we will return the order and charge you a 10% restocking fee.

6. Are The Products On The Site Subject to Warranties?

Only manufacturer’s warranties apply. Defects, recalls and updates are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. The Site does not offer any warranties or guarantees about the performance of the products sold on the Site.

7. Do I Need a Prescription For Any of My TravelLiteMedical.com Purchases?

For most purchases on the Site you do not need a prescription. We will let you know in the “Product Description” whether any items offered on the site require a prescription. Physicians’ prescriptions are required for Oxygen Equipment.

8. Can I Get Medical Advice On the Site?

No. No medical advice is offered on the Site. Product descriptions and testimonials on the Site are not intended as medical advice or medical recommendations. Consult your physician or medical professional if you have questions about the use and application for your specific medical condition of any of the products offered on the Site.

9. What Information Do You Collect and/or Keep About Me When I Visit the Site?
